The TusnadEcoBearCave visitor center is located in Băile Tușnad, offering a unique experience in the country and is widely known as the “Bear Cave.”

The main purpose of the center is to provide visitors the opportunity to observe brown bears in a safe environment and to offer authentic and detailed information about them. Additionally, the visitor space is ideal for students, offering an educational, interactive, and engaging program.

At the center, visitors are welcomed by a local guide, thematic short films, bear skulls, fascinating research findings, various games, and useful information, along with books and resources about bears. In addition, visitors can also view three mounted bears.

The guided tour lasts approximately 40 minutes, after which visitors are welcome to spend additional leisure time in the room, exploring on their own. We believe that the TusnadEcoBearCave visitor center offers an exciting and valuable experience for both children and adults, with new discoveries for all age groups.

Ticket prices are 5 euro for adults and 3 euro for those under 18. For group visits (minimum 8 people), the ticket price is 3 euro per person.
